1. Service Agreement
- Chaalakya Caterers and Events LLP provides catering, event management, decoration, transportation, and logistics services.
- A detailed agreement outlining the scope of services, pricing, and specific terms will be provided for each event or service. Both parties must sign this agreement before any services are rendered.
- Any modifications or additions to the service must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
- A agreed deposit is required upon booking to confirm the event. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the event date.
- Payment methods accepted include Bank transfer and Online Payment.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the event, including the number of guests, location, and specific requirements.
- The client must ensure the venue is ready and accessible for Chaalakya’s team to set up and deliver services as agreed.
- Any additional services or changes requested on the event day may incur extra charges, subject to availability.
4. Chaalakya’s Responsibilities
- Chaalakya guarantees to provide services as per the signed agreement and within the agreed timeframe.
- Chaalakya will ensure that all food items are prepared in compliance with health and safety standards.
- While we take utmost care, Chaalakya is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
5. Liability and Indemnity
- Chaalakya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Chaalakya harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
6. Event Delays and Adjustments
- Any delays caused by the client or external factors that affect the execution of services may result in additional charges.
- Chaalakya will make every effort to adjust and deliver services as per the client’s needs but cannot guarantee availability beyond the agreed timeframe.
7. Use of Media
- Chaalakya reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of delivering services. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
10. Modifications to Terms
- Chaalakya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
