At Chaalakya Caterers and Events LLP, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional service for every event. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy:
- Booking Fees:
- A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total event cost is required to confirm your booking. This fee covers initial planning and administrative costs.
- Cancellation by the Client:
- If the client cancels the event:
- More than 30 days before the event date: A 70% refund (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) will be provided.
- 15 to 30 days before the event date: A 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable booking fee) will be provided.
- Less than 15 days before the event date: No refund will be provided, as significant arrangements will have already been made.
- If the client cancels the event:
- Cancellation by Chaalakya Caterers and Events LLP:
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will offer the client:
- A full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee.
- An option to reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed services, we will offer the client:
- Rescheduling:
- If you wish to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 15 days before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total event cost.
- Partial Refunds:
- In case of partial service cancellations (e.g., removal of specific services like transportation or decoration), a refund may be processed based on the timeline and nature of the cancellation.
- No-show Policy:
- If the client or event attendees fail to appear at the scheduled event, no refund will be provided.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
